How we store your data

In connection with your access, anonymous data is stored on our servers for security purposes which may allow identification (e.g. IP address, date, time etc). Apart from the statistical evaluation of anonymous data records, there is no personal utilization. This data is not merged with other data sources.
When you create an account on our website, we only retain personal contact information that you have provided (e.g. e-mail address) so that you can be identified as a user on our site and utilise the services offered to you for the duration of your account usage term. Any information that you provide during the service usage in purchase update notes to third parties is entirely at your own discretion and Managed Buy holds no liability for this. We only hold information that is crucial to offering the service to our users. Due to the nature of the service as a tracking solution for property purchases, we may indefinitely hold this information until such time you (a user) deletes that property from your account or it has been inactive for a period of (1) year.
If at any time you would like to view or ask to remove the data that we hold against your record you can e-mail ManagedBuy@managedbuy.co.uk, and we will reply within 5 working days to you with the information that you have requested.
